(a), not all functions/functions have provided visibility which will make it
difficult for all users to communicate with the control while in design (b) all
functions/functions have provided visibility which will help all users find and

, all the controls/ function are not categorized into subsets of operation therefore
doesn’t follow consistency design principle while in design (b), all the
controls/functions are categorized into subsets of operations therefore
satisfies consistency design principle. (Consistency design principle)
Ø Design (a) is
an example of bad design while Design (b) is an example of good design.
Ø Design (a) is not giving any indication to interact with any function because everything is found. While design (b) is giving clues to use the operation information of any function, i.e. the parameters of the file attachment method. (Forensic design principle).
